Summary About the Position: Serves as the Supervisory Operations Research Analyst for the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Manpower and Reserve Affairs), Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army (Civilian Personnel). Responsibilities Manage team workload by assigning tasks, adjusting priorities, and establishing completion timelines. Lead staff performing workforce analytics and research. Prepare workforce reports for leadership to address organizational issues. Conduct analytical studies to identify organizational and process improvements.
