Summary Organizational Location: This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), in Miami, Florida. Responsibilities As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties: Exercise supervisory and managerial authority over a team of subordinate staff or subordinate supervisors, planning, organizing, and directing their work; establishes program goals, priorities, and deadlines; and ensures work complies with agency policies while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Conduct formal performance appraisals, provides constructive feedback, resolves personnel issues, identifies training and developmental needs, mentors staff, and makes recommendations to higher-level management on personnel actions such as promotions, disciplinary actions, and awards.
