Supervisory Intelligence Specialist (Staff Management)

Summary About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the ST-IC-W6MTAA HQ US AFRICA COMMAND in Stuttgart, Germany. Responsibilities Responsible for intelligence collection, analysis and reporting covering all command areas of responsibility. Oversees all mission requirements throughout the division to include providing intelligence support to the rest of the command’s planning staff. Provides the Commanding General critical intelligence assessments and estimates during short-notice crisis/contingency events or on-going operations to support course-of-action development and resourcing decisions.
