Summary The Supervisory Industrial Engineer-Manager of the Strength Analysis Team is a member of the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Workforce Strategy and Standardization (WSS) management team,within Workforce Solutions (WS) in the Office of Workforce Management and Consulting (WMC). The incumbent is part of a team that functions as the VHA authority and subject matter expert on simulation and forecasting models and standards that assess position allocation and demand in support of the VHA mission Responsibilities The Supervisory Industrial Engineer - Manager is responsible for defining, developing, and analyzing data requirements that inform current and future VHA needs.
