Supervisory Human Resources Specialist

Summary This position is located in the Human Resources Management and Consulting Services, Classification Office in support of the HR·Smart Position Management Team. The incumbent serves as a Supervisory Human Resources (HR) Specialist and is responsible for the quality review of actions processed by the HR·Smart Position Management Team. He/she is responsible for a wide variety of quality assessments, analyses, reviews, and technical support duties. Responsibilities Recommends changes and solutions based on organizational long and short term goals and objectives. Establishes priorities and initiates action for change and program improvement. Performs in-depth research, root-cause analysis, and proactive monitoring and reviewing of actions processed in HR·Smart to ensure data integrity.
