Supervisory Human Resources Specialist - Classification

Summary The VHA has adopted the HR Modernization and Shared Services Implementation, which is a new model of organizing and consolidating essential HR functions and services to the VISN level. This position is located within VISN 4 (legacy) Consolidated Classification Unit (CCU); temporary promotion not-to-exceed 1-year. Responsibilities The position is located at a network which is comprised of multiple Medical Centers and/or Health Care Systems with multiple Community Based Outpatient Clinics across two or more states. The network employs thousands of clinical, professional, administrative, technical, and support staff and serves tens of thousands of Veterans annually. Performs duties for all geographic areas served by the network as a member of a network Consolidated Classification Unit (CCU). The selectee can work from their current duty location.
