Summary Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Federal Coordinated Health Care Office, Program Alignment Group (PAG). As a Supervisory Health Insurance Specialist, GS-0107-15, is responsible for directing, planning, and overseeing the management and operations of the PAG staff and activities responsible for better aligning the Medicare and Medicaid programs' requirements and incentives to improve care for Medicare-Medicaid dually eligible individuals.
