SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT, WORKFORCE AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS DIRECTORATE of OFFICE OF CIVILIAN HUMAN RESOURCES OPERATIONS. Responsibilities You will serve as the senior liaison for budget, accounting, or financial management policy and procedures within the organization. You will direct and/or perform continuing program execution review, analysis and appraisal of the major operating and support programs within the organization. You will prepare briefs for senior managers on program execution and provide recommendations to correct program variances or problem areas. You will provide interpretive and analytical advice on financial transactions and program execution; develop format and content to provide managers with various listing, reports, and data relative to status of funds and the propriety of obligations.
