SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST of NAVAL POSTGRADUATE SCHOOL. Responsibilities You will serve as the senior liaison for organization-wide budget, accounting, and financial management policies and procedures. You will direct and perform continuing program execution reviews, analyses, and appraisals of major operating and support programs. You will prepare briefs for senior managers on program execution and recommend actions to correct program variances and issues. You will provide interpretive advice on transactions, ensure accuracy of funds status, and validate accounting and budget reports. You will coordinate the development and reporting of cost and performance information to support critical organization mission tasks. You will promulgate financial policies based on DON guidance, develop local procedures, and ensure strict compliance with internal controls.
