- Ensure 100 % production and output to achieve the budget.
- Ensure staff execution of assigned jobs according to established work standards, specifications and required time.
- Maintain discipline, a safe and clean environment through strict implementation of company rules, regulations and procedures.
- Ensure effective communication with seniors and subordinate staff for smooth operation of the workshop floor.
- Ensure quality work for enhanced customer satisfaction and retention by minimizing repeat jobs, hence increasing total workshop efficiency.
- Determine and provide resources needed to support the operations (manpower, infrastructure, tools, etc.).
