Supervisor / Skilled Fitter or Millwright – HVAC/Ventilation (Johannesburg)

Seeking a hands‑on supervisor to lead a small HVAC/ventilation service team.

Responsibilities

• Managing schedules, site work, client communication, inspections, and report generation.
• Weekly, monthly and annual planning of service work, reporting, calibration, and staff training.
• Performing tasks related to HVAC/air filtration and supervising semi‑skilled fitters.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC/air filtration and supervising semi‑skilled fitters.
• HVAC/engineering qualification advantageous.
• Valid EB driver’s licence.
• Computer literacy (MS Office) essential.

Strong problem‑solving, organisational and client service skills required.
