Supervisor – Sidewalks and Concrete

Supervisor of Sidewalks and Concrete Maintenance – responsible for leading a high‑performing crew delivering essential infrastructure across Victoria’s streets and public spaces. Oversees daily operations, mentors approximately 20 staff, and ensures work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Brings strong leadership and technical expertise in municipal concrete construction, guiding work on sidewalks, curb and gutter, and related infrastructure. Fosters a strong safety culture; sets priorities; manages budgets and projects; supports employee development; and drives continuous improvement.

Key Duties

• Plan, coordinate, assign and review work of approximately 19 staff involved in construction and maintenance of sidewalks, paths, curb & gutter, retaining walls, malls and squares, and related infrastructure.
