During a Typical Day, You’ll:
Lead and oversee the daily operations of the reporting and analytics function, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent delivery of business-critical reports and dashboards.
Managing Administrative Tasks that include team meeting, manage UKG/timecard corrections, Check attendance, check emails, ensure all P&C concerns are addressed and other miscellaneous requests from the team.
Provide coaching sessions to the team, support other questionsrequests from the team.
Partner with business stakeholders (e.g., Talent Acquisition, P&C, L&D...
