About the role

The Recreation Centre Supervisor is responsible for the management of recreation facilities, ensuring clean, safe environments and promoting healthy lifestyles for employees and community residents.

Position roster: 5/2/4/3 (9.5‑hour day). Location: Red Lake, Ontario.

Compensation: $75,000‑$84,000 CAD plus bonus structure.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee general operation and maintenance of the Recreation Centre (pool, rink, weight room, bowling alley, lounge, baseball field, etc.)
• Recruit and hire qualified staff members for respective areas
• Supervise staff, including summer students and summer camp activities
• Chair safety meetings and maintain emergency preparedness procedures
