**Job Purpose**:Execute plans and transactions to maximize the value of CRE portfolio's, Provide input to portfolio planning.Typically, responsible for a sub-portfolio.Manage simple acquisitions & development projects.
**Key Tasks**- Manage simple acquisitions & development projects- Assess real estate options and viability in order to determine commercial opportunities- Provide thorough market information to support real estate options- Negotiate best outcome for transaction and present opportunities to business- New projects handover working with teams from Construction and Facilities Management- Work with stakeholders to finalize transaction including Legal, Retail, Finance- Manage renewal, relocation, and expansion databases- Monitoring and execution of VTTs for all commercial processes- Administer and support development of plans and processes to maximize the value of the CRE portfolio- Provide input towards portfolio planning to provide the best mix of properties in line w...
