Supervisor - Public Area

About the Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Supervisor Public Area to join the resort's public area team.

Primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Report for duty on time maintaining proper uniform standards and name identification as required.
• Conduct the daily briefing for colleagues in the department.
• Attend daily briefing with HK PA Manager ensuring a complete understanding of tasks for self and team members.
• Champion the company values and objectives such as Colleague Engagement Survey and FORBES 5 Star Classification.
• Supervise and coordinate all colleagues ensuring guests receive prompt and courteous service and all areas of the operation are running as per Wynn Al Marjan Island's standard procedures and policies.
