ResponsibilitiesProvide direct supervision to manufacturing associates in one or more value streams to achieve safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people performance goals.Coordinate alignment of resources and equipment to achieve production goals through cross‐functional leadership.Execute and maintain Integer Production System (IPS) and its five focus areas: enterprise alignment; leadership of sustainedchange; standardization; associate engagement; and system & process optimization.Set daily, weekly, monthly objectives and communicate them to associates.Lead Gemba walks, audits of 5S, safety, quality, and production processes.Communicate between shifts and other departments to implement best practices and sustain performance.Support environmental, health, safety & security and serve as the safety priority.Ensure products meet quality metrics and contribute to achievement of 5‐Sigma goals.Promote engagement and handle associate relations issues promptly.Perform other duties as req...
