Active Tree Services is seeking Three Supervisors to support the multiple teams & resources working in varied environments whilst performing vegetation management on distribution & transmission lines for the energy providers in Western Victoria. The geographical areas span from Camperdown to the border, working major Hwy’s to private farmland.

This is a hands-on leadership role designed for a driven leader with strong field experience and the clear intent to lead, develop, and elevate team performance. The purpose of the role is to provide visible, accountable leadership through effective coaching and mentoring, while setting high standards for safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
