Understands regulatory and third-party payer guidelines for outpatient and inpatient services while being familiar with manage care, Medicare and Medicaid rules regarding billing, coverage and reimbursement rules. Monitors key metrics, assists in performing root cause analyses and develop action plans when metrics do not meet internal goals or industry best practices.
