Supervisor, Machine Maintenance - Cooling (Saltillo)

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the team that performs modifications and preventative maintenance on building and facilities, equipment, fixtures, and systems.

Selects and develops employees to ensure an effective maintenance team is in place. Prepares work schedules, assigns work, and oversees the work product. Provides technical guidance and review of assignment progress.

May repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment. May diagnose complex mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.

May inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor degree in engineering or related.
