Job Purpose
The Supervisor leads front-of-house and security operations, delivering a seamless, premium workplace and visitor experience. The role combines leadership, customer experience, concierge and security oversight, ensuring a safe, welcoming and highly professional environment.
Working collaboratively across the wider operation, the Supervisor promotes a One Team culture, drives communication and consistency, and acts as an ambassador for both PROception and the Client. Operating on a 12-hour rotational shift pattern (3 Days / 3 Nights / 3 Off), the Supervisor ensures smooth daily operations, full compliance with standards, and keeps the Security Manager and Client informed of all incidents, risks and operational matters.
