Supervisor Loan Specialist (Commercial)

Summary This position maybe located in a State or Area office in USDA/RD. The incumbent serves as a Supervisory Loan Specialist (Commercial), Community Program Staff. The incumbent is primarily responsible for program planning, policy development, administration, coordination and evaluation of the full scope of activities related to the State's rural utility and community facility loan, loan guarantee, and grant programs. Responsibilities Evaluates business and cooperative program operations by conducting or directing special studies and analyzing reports and materials on program activities and problems. Reviews/and or directs the review of loan and grant dockets to determine conformance to policy and procedural requirements. Manages Business Program fund allocations.
