Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent guest interactions to ensure satisfaction
• Directly supervise and coach Casual Dining team members
• Organize workflow and adjust staffing as needed
• Uphold health and safety standards rigorously
• Handle cash and accounting duties while running shifts
Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School is mandatory
• Certification in Serving It Right before employment
• Preferred experience in a similar supervisory role
