Rocket Lab's Mt Wellington facility is where innovation meets manufacturing, where rockets, satellites, and spacecraft components come to life. Our Facilities team ensures every manufacturing floor, test cell, and cleanroom operates flawlessly so engineers can focus on one thing: making space accessible. We need someone who's done this before. An experienced facilities leader ready to take full operational ownership of our Mt Wellington campus, managing critical infrastructure across 5+ industrial buildings while leading a team in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
