Supervisor / Executive / Manager, Production

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and control the entire production team, including Leader and Operators, to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.

Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.

Support production teams in assembly, testing, and packaging of optical / electronic components.

Monitor and analyze production metrics : output, yield, scrap, downtime, and process deviations.

Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, ISO standards, cleanroom protocols, and ESD requirements .

Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and maintain high product quality.

Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation .
