UPMC Passavant, an ANCC Magnet-designated facility, is seeking a Full-Time Supervisor to join our team at our McCandless location.
Shift Details:
+ Primarily 3rd Shift 10:30pm - 7am
+ Rotating weekends and holidays
+ Shifts will be further discussed during the interview.
What you'll do:
+ Ensure patient room discharges are completed within one hour of assignment.
+ Provide responsive, high-quality service while maintaining a positive, professional image with patients, visitors, and staff.
+ Maintain daily communication with nursing leaders and unit staff to address needs and improve operations.
+ Supervise and support Environmental Services team members, ensuring work is completed accurately, on time, and according to schedule.
+ Monitor performance, provide coaching and feedback, and assist with corrective actions as needed.
