**Job Summary and Qualifications**
**Role Summary:** Supports departmental operations, programs, and activities for Emergency Medical Services and supervises assigned employees. Under the direction of the EMS Manager performs duties of training on NCOEMS protocols and required equipment, collects and provides peer review data. Participates in staff performance reviews and corrective action as necessary when asked by manager to do so.
