Overview

Supervises all aspects of hygiene and safety within the service areas. Ensures that operating standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance to hygiene, housekeeping and safe working standards
• Monitors the implementation of all promotional activities – adherence to promotional calendar
• Back up area are kept clean and clear
• Understand customers needs and communicate these to demand planning
• Follows sell by dates, rotates stock as per policy/SOP on sales floor and back up area
• Throughout day ensures department merchandising and cleanliness standards are maintained, keeping waste to a minimum
• Minimum requirements and related responsibilities are managed in line with department standards

• Good communication skills
• Must be reliable and accountable
• Grade 12
• Fresh department experience
