Responsibilities
Perform TMS execution on area of responsibility, including Autonomous Maintenance and Professional Maintenance activities.
Deliver JPH/OPE metrics daily and achieve volume targets for assigned area.
Develop EWO root cause analysis and execute countermeasures to eliminate causes.
Manage union resources and serve as the sole point of contact for union personnel.
Follow and execute Shop Floor Management practices.
Basic Skills
Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and electronics.
Experience with ABB, Fanuc, Nachi, and COMAU robots.
Knowledge of ControlNet, EtherNet, DeviceNet, and PILZ communication networks.
Advanced handling of RSLogix **** and GuardLogix PLCs.
Advanced knowledge of resistance, electric arc, projection, and laser welding.
Advanced knowledge of Power and Free, Chain-on-Edge, and Inverted Power and Free conveyor systems.
