About the Role
An Auto Physical Damage Claims Supervisor will lead and support the claims team in delivering a consistent, high‑quality service experience while driving business results and maintaining strong customer service standards.
Salary & Benefits
Salary for this role is estimated to be within the range of $85,000 - $100,000. Full‑time employees are also eligible for an annual bonus plan, leave‑of‑absence top‑up programs, generous vacation time, personal days, premium at‑no‑cost benefits, and a pension plan.
Work Environment
Wawanesa offers a hybrid work environment with the flexibility to work in office (2 days per week or 15 hours per week in a Wawanesa office) or remotely. Eligible locations include Winnipeg, Wawanesa, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Lethbridge, Toronto (North York), Kitchener, Ottawa, Montreal, Moncton, and Dartmouth.
