Position Summary
The Cardiothoracic Surgical Center is seeking a dynamic and experiencedSupervisorto provide leadership and operational oversight across four practice locations in Novi, Southfield, Rochester, and Detroit. This position is responsible for supervising assigned staff, supporting clinical and administrative operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and service excellence.

The Supervisor will work closely with providers, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to promote a collaborative work environment, maintain compliance with organizational standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives across all practice sites.
