Key Accountabilities

• Lead a team of 30‑40 employees.
• Deliver products and services that meet customer commitments in time, cost, quality, and responsiveness.
• Ensure compliance with Company Health, Safety, and Environment policies.
• Understand the technical and legislative aspects of the production area.
• Use standard tools, Key Performance Indicators, and processes to achieve goals and continuous improvement (Quality Management System, Rolls‑Royce Production System, etc.).
• Create and maintain accurate work‑center, capacity, and queue‑time data in the ERP system.
• Validate budget elements (headcount, productivity, overtime, absenteeism) and manage performance to meet the approved budget.
