Job Description
- Supervises salaried personnel, directing manufacturing operations within area of responsibility. Scope of responsibility includes:
- (A) Processing raw materials through production and assembly operations.
- (B) Ensuring adherence to production schedules, expediting production, controlling the flow of material, maintaining controlled accounts of production in process and end products produced to ensure a continuous and efficient flow of production.
- (C) Ensuring that all employees are directed in a firm, fair, and consistent manner and that a safe and highly productive environment is maintained at all times.
- (D) Conduct area inspections to ensure that a safe and harmonious work environment is provided.
- Responsible and accountable for ensuring all safety standards are observed and maintained at all times.
- Responsible for training and career growth for all subordinate personnel.
