The Residential Construction Supervisor will be responsible for:
Project Execution: Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for custom home projects from start to finish. Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and building codes. Monitor project progress and take proactive measures to address any issues or delays that may arise.Schedule Management: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including critical milestones and deliverables. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
