Responsibilities include:
Must be local to San Antonio, TXCoordinate project kickoffs with City officials and Customer Construction Coordinators to ensure alignment on project scope, schedule, and requirements.Serve as the primary field liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is executed efficiently and in accordance with project specifications.Validate subcontractor production daily and weekly to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to project timelines.Develop and maintain weekly production forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities to maintain project schedules.Verify all required permits are obtained, current, and properly documented prior to construction activities.Coordinate with the warehouse manager to request and ensure timely delivery of ...
