Summer Civil Engineer Intern - Water, Waste & Roads

Waimakariri District Council in Rangiora is offering up to two Summer Intern Engineer positions for Civil or Environmental Engineering students. The fixed-term role runs over the 2026/27 summer holidays, supporting Water Services and Civil projects with field work, data collection, reporting, and basic engineering design.

You will work alongside experienced engineers in a supportive team, gaining practical experience, mentoring, and exposure to a range of infrastructure projects.
