We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant focusing on Learning Management Systems. This role involves conducting design workshops and collaborating with HR stream leads. You will develop Learning workbooks, manage off-shore support resources, and ensure successful end-to-end implementation of the Learning module.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct design workshops to shape client requirements
• Manage client counterparts and resources effectively
• Develop and maintain Learning workbooks for users
• Oversee end-to-end implementation and cutover processes
• Translate complex technical processes for non-technical clients
Requirements:
