This individual will be responsible for developing and executing the long-term SuccessFactors roadmap, ensuring scalability, standardization, and alignment with business growth objectives across multiple regions.
The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving governance, process optimization, and system enhancements while maintaining a centralized and scalable HR technology framework.
