Success Plan Manager (SPM)
The Success Plan Manager (SPM) is the primary trusted advisor and orchestration lead for SAP Premium Engagement customers. The role includes the strategic responsibilities of a Success Plan Manager, ensuring end‑to‑end customer success throughout the Customer Value Journey (CVJ). The SPM drives solution adoption, value realization, and business transformation while orchestrating SAP’s global expertise, services portfolio, and partner ecosystem to deliver measurable outcomes. The role requires strong business acumen, deep SAP technical understanding, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
