As a Submarine Operations Subject Matter Expert, you will provide insights into operational analysis and instructional design within the Canadian Patrol Submarine Project. Your technical guidance will ensure training scenarios align with recognized doctrines and innovations in maritime training technology. Collaboration with diverse teams and proposal development are part of your core responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on submarine operations throughout training life cycles
• Lead training needs and media analysis
• Develop training procedures and lesson plans
• Support validation of simulation and scenario requirements
• Identify training system defects and recommend solutions
