Subdir Iniciativas Estrategicas (Sr Manager Strategic Initiatives & Governance)
Purpose

Lead the design and governance of incentive plans for sales channels in Retail International Banking, and enable regional alignment across channels through performance tracking, dashboards, and executive presentations that support decision-making, Sales Effectiveness, and the implementation of the Distribution Strategy.
Responsibilities:

Incentive Design and Governance
Designs and leads the regional guidelines for the Variable Compensation Plan (VCP) for all sales roles across the different channels.

Defines scorecards, mechanisms for achieving primacy within incentives, customer experience modifiers, and conduct foundations.
