Studio Operations & Client Experience Co-op

Rabaterapia is looking for a friendly and organized student completing a required academic work placement. This unpaid co‑op offers hands‑on experience in customer service, studio operations, and the daily management of a small business in the fitness industry.

Working alongside our team, you’ll help create a welcoming experience for our members while learning how a community‑focused studio operates behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and visitors as they arrive.
• Check participants in for classes.
• Answer basic questions about the studio, memberships, and schedule.
• Keep the reception area clean and organized.
• Help prepare the studio before classes (mats, equipment, supplies).
• Assist with light administrative tasks such as filing, attendance records, and organizing documents.
