Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and design training materials of Continuous Improvement tools (e‑learning, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Document and update internal processes.
- Support LEGO Continuous Improvement capabilities projects.
- Document and update methodologies and tools for Continuous Improvement.
- Support promotion of Continuous Improvement programs.
- Active student from the 7th semester and above, preferably Industrial Engineering, Sociology, Education, Psychology (Industrial) or related field.
- Availability to remain in the role for 12 months.
- Knowledge of Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Microsoft Platform products such as Power BI, Power Apps, Forms, etc. is a plus.
- Good verbal and written communication in both Spanish and English.
- Proactive, responsible, able to work independently and thrive in a team environment.
