Responsibilities
Assist with medical insurance enrolment for new hire eligible employees.
Update upcoming tasks on Teams calendar.
Send upcoming course attendance lists to course instructors.
Handle ServiceNow ticket system: review, resolve, and close tickets.
Process HR forms in SAP for hires, changes, and terminations.
Qualifications
Desirable knowledge of SAP system.
Active student in careers in management, organizational psychology, or related to human resources.
Strong communication skills, attitude of service, teamwork, organized and proactive.
Advanced English proficiency.
