Student Wellness Navigator - Telehealth & Resource Connector

Northern Valley Indian Health in Arica, Chile is looking for a Case Manager to support students' wellness needs by connecting them to various campus and community resources. This role will involve providing telehealth or in-person care and working closely with partners to ensure comprehensive mental health services.

The ideal candidate will have a background in psychology or a related field, case management experience, and strong consultation skills to help ensure that students receive the essential psychological, social, and economic support they need.
