Student Wellness & Care Navigator

Northern Valley Indian Health is seeking a Case Manager to support students' wellness needs by providing case management and connecting them to essential resources. This role includes telehealth and face-to-face care with a focus on psychological and emotional support.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in social work and relevant certifications, with experience in diverse populations. Work hours are Monday to Friday, with some evenings and weekends.
