Student Support & Behavior Mentor

RMA CONSULTANTS PTE LTD is seeking a Pastoral Support Officer in Singapore to support students with additional needs, guiding those with behavioral issues.

The role involves leading investigations into misconduct, collaborating with teachers, and partnering with parents and external agencies. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma, a minimum of 3 years' experience with youth, and strong interpersonal skills.

Contract period is from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027, with operational hours from Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
