About the Role
- Student Support Assistant
- Permanent position, term time only (39 weeks per year)
- 37 hours per week
- Start date of 1st September 2026
- Working as part of the school's dedicated Student Support Team
- Supporting students, staff and parents to quickly resolve issues relating to behaviour, attendance and welfare
- Taking a lead role in supporting students whose behaviour presents a significant barrier to their own success
- Acting as a Key Worker for some of the school's most vulnerable students
- Promoting positive behaviour and helping students engage successfully with their education
