Student Services & Enrolments Administrator

Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology in Rotorua is seeking an organised, customer-focused administrator to be the welcoming first point of contact for ākonga. You will support domestic and international enquiries, manage applications and enrolments, and help create a smooth journey from enquiry to admission.

This permanent, full-time role requires strong accuracy, excellent communication across channels, and comfort with digital systems.
