Student Relationship Associate

We are looking for Student Relationship Associates who can conduct a variety of on-call relationship activities with students. The ideal applicant should be a highly empathic person with very good skills in spoken English and Hindi.

Basic Qualifications (all)

• A graduate in any discipline.
• Fluency in spoken English and Hindi.
• Able to work as a team.
• Open to training and skill development.
• Expertise in any Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Preferred Qualifications:

• A background in UPSC CSE (Prelims and/or Mains).

Roles & Responsibilities

• To perform a variety of calling activities.
• To maintain records of the same.
